These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and member portal operated by the Alabama State University National Alumni Association, Inc. ("ASU NAA," "the Association," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to your membership (or possible membership) in the Association and its activities and programs. You agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to remove any material we determine, in our sole discretion, to be incompatible with these Terms, on a best-efforts basis. We cannot review all posted material and do not assume liability for content posted by users. If you believe your intellectual property is being infringed on this site, please contact us with enough detail to identify the material and your claim.
If you are a member or registered user, you will receive a username and password to log in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you access the site from a shared computer, log out and close the browser before leaving. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to follow these steps.

Events are organized by the Association, its regions, or its chapters. Some event, directory, or forum information may be provided by organizers or members. We have not independently verified all such information and are not liable for errors or omissions. You agree to hold the Association and its officers and volunteers harmless from any liability arising from your participation in events or your use of member-provided information.
This website supports online payments for dues, event registrations, donations, and related items, processed securely through Stripe. Please review the summary of charges before completing any transaction. Refund requests are handled by the Association according to its policies — contact us directly for any billing question or error, and we will make it right.
The contents of this website — including text, pages, documents, photos, and the ASU NAA logos and marks — are owned by or licensed to the Association and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may use the site as a member or prospective member of the Association. You may not reproduce, sell, or use its content for commercial purposes, or create competing or derivative works, without our written permission.
Where the site allows you to upload photos of Association events, you agree to allow other members to view and reproduce those photos for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. When you download a photo, you agree not to use it for commercial purposes without the uploader's permission.
"Alabama State University National Alumni Association," the Gateway mark, and related logos, slogans, and taglines are trademarks of the Association and may not be used commercially without written permission. Other product or service names used on this site are the property of their respective owners.
